In order to celebrate and tell the world about our Centenary year, we have been digging in our archives of the last 100 years to find historical images, videos and recordings of our activities which will be used across our website, social channels and media stories. These may include people we have supported and their friends and family, those who have worked with us or engaged with us at any events. If you notice yourself or a family member included but do not wish to be so, you can opt out by contacting us at [email protected].

2021 is a significant year for Enham Trust, with 16 February 2021 marking the Centenary of our incorporation at Companies House!

Once a ‘home for heroes’, the first UK Village Centre supporting injured servicemen returning from WW1, our history has taken us through many changes to where we are today, supporting over 6,000 disabled people each year to live, work and enjoy life.

Over the course of 100 years, as Hampshire’s leading disability charity, we have provided pioneering services and championed the rights of disabled people, supporting over 250,000 individuals throughout the UK to live the lives they choose, as independently as possible.

Over the next year, our charity will be celebrating its vast achievements, reflecting on its history, and saying thank you to all our supporters, service users and our local community.

Alongside this we’re asking people to get involved in our 100 Challenge to help us raise vital funds and create a legacy for the next 100 years.

We will be telling 100 Stories from the inspiring people it has been our honour to support, those to have volunteered or raised money for us, the incredible people who have and continue to work with us and many more, so keep an eye on our website and social channels to hear all about them and if you have a story you'd like to share, tell us here.

 2016

When the time is right, we hope to release details of events to bring us together and celebrate all we have achieved with those who have been integral to the journey and the wider community. We are currently planning a virtual celebration so watch this space.

In what has been one of the most challenging periods in our 100 years, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic has not held us back from our mission and we will be sharing our goals for the next 100 years.

Later this year we will be launching our new care model, plans to rejuvenate our Charity Shop and Café (pictured below), as well as works under way to create a new sports hall and so much more.
