We will work with you or your loved one to put together a personalised plan of support, providing you with exactly what you need, when you need it, to enable you to live independently in your own home.

We can support you with care in your home if you live in Andover or Alton in Hampshire.

Our services include personal care and social support:

We accept the findings by the CQC about our Care at Home service, and we understand that we need to make improvements for our valued service users. We’re wholly committed to ensuring that they see improvements to the quality of care they receive.

 As part of the Aster Group, we have their full support to make these necessary improvements across all our care services, including Care at Home. Together, we’ve developed a comprehensive action plan to address the concerns raised by the CQC and we believe this will lead to positive change. We’ve also benefitted from Aster’s additional resources, and the expertise provided by their team of specialist care colleagues.

 While we know that we have further improvements to make, we were pleased that the CQC recognised some changes already implemented, and that time is needed to embed these. We’ll continue to work closely with our service users, the CQC and local authorities to keep them updated about our progress and ensure we address any concerns.
