Care at Home

Do you need support to live independently in your own home?

Our personalised care and support is available to individuals with long-term health conditions, disabilities, the elderly, or those that have temporary or short-term care needs.

"We were so impressed with the level of care we received, and the professionalism and compassion of the Personal Assistants (PAs). Louise got on well with the PAs she was working with, and they worked well with her!" - Resident's family member

Our Care at Home staff are highly trained and experienced in supporting people with a range of needs. We ensure that the care and support you receive is of the highest standard and tailored to your needs.

What can we offer you?

We will work with you or your loved one to put together a personalised plan of support, providing you with exactly what you need, when you need it, to enable you to live independently in your own home.

We can support you with care in your home if you live in Andover or Alton in Hampshire.

Our services include personal care and social support:

  • Personal hygiene such as bathing and showering
  • Administration of medication
  • Food and drink preparation
  • Shopping
  • Social activities
  • Financial management
