Donate now The stats 729,000 Gift Packs for Fortnum & Mason packed by disabled people working in our Social Enterprise; E3PL. £100,870 from sales in our Charity Shop and Tearooms generating income to support services for disabled people. 6700 disabled people supported and empowered to live, work, and enjoy life their way. 48 people supported to access Enham's Activities Programme, offering a wide range of activities and sports helping to improve physical and mental wellbeing. More than 1500 hours broadcast by disabled people for Radio Enham, our radio station helping individuals develop confidence and skills. 430 hours of sports and physical activities including Keep-fit, Dance-fit, Boccia, boxing and yoga, supporting disabled people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. 200 Christmas Trees from Enham's Christmas tree field sold to fund activities for disabled people. 209.6 miles run by our supporters in the TCS London Marathon, collectively raising an amazing £69.69 per mile to support disabled people. 22,000 hours of supported employment opportunities taken up in our social enterprise, E3PL. 272 tenants supported by our Housing team in our social housing and supported living accommodation. 6244 people with access to Enham's Direct Payment support services, increasing choice and control of their own care and support needs. 1687 individuals provided with Payroll support to help them manage their Direct Payments or Personal Health Budget. 75% of young people supported by Skills2Achieve's alternative education provision progressed to education or employment opportunities. Care at Home Support helped 20 people to remain living independently in their own home. 40 disabled people received person-centred care and support in our residential care homes rated 'Good' by CQC. Corporate supporters volunteered 785 hours of time, valued at nearly £12,000, helping us to deliver wellbeing projects, manage our estate and gardens, and sort our charity shop stock. 84% of service users responding to our customer satisfaction questionnaire said they would recommend Enham and 93% felt that Enham employees are friendly and polite. Enham's Tearooms received the highest Food Hygiene rating of 5 (Very Good) from the Food Standards Agency during their inspection in October 2022. Disability Employment Mark (DEM) achieved providing assurance for disabled people about the specialist supportive employment environment that Enham Trust provides in its social enterprises. 8 local employers engaged in advice and guidance sessions aimed at getting them involved in the Disability Confident Employers movement for change in the recruitment, retention and development of disabled people.
