As a charity we have been supporting disabled people for 100 years, pioneering care, housing and employment opportunities. We believe in creating a world where disabled people are given the same choices and access as everybody else.

Housing

Our flexible range of homes within the village of Enham Alamein and Andover town centre focus on providing accessible accommodation for disabled people to live as independently as possible. We offer:

- Care homes

- Supported living environments with transition support

- Accessible houses and flats

We also provide housing for private tenants in Enham Alamein.

Care

Our homes

Enabling disabled people to live as independently as possible in an environment that meets their needs. Our homes provide a wide range of living options, with a focus on everyone having their own front door and personal space.

Care at home

Our care at home service promotes a feeling of independence, providing the right level of care for each individual in their own home, providing support with personal care and everyday tasks.

Direct payments

We also support individuals to organise their own care and support through a direct payment or personal health budget. This level of support ranges from recruiting care workers to managing payroll.

Employment

Our social enterprises provide employment opportunities for disabled people. These roles are intended to provide a genuine paid job whilst also teaching skills to progress into future employment outside of our charity.

Our supported employment service and youth development programme support disabled and disadvantaged people to develop their skills, qualifications and confidence to find work.

Activities for health & well being

Enabling disabled people to live fulfilled lives is one of our top priorities. Our wide range of activities promote personal development.
