What is Choices Activities Group?

Choices is a day activities service, which runs 7 days a week, based at our main site in Enham Alamein. Whatever you enjoy doing, Choices Activities Group has something for you. With a different activity to choose from each day, Choices caters for all tastes and abilities. We have fully trained staff and volunteers which run every group, so you are supported in a fun and friendly environment.

Now a Paralympic sport, Boccia is a target ball sport, similar to Bowls, specifically created for disabled people. Boccia is an exhilarating and sociable indoor sport, which can be played by individuals, pairs or teams of three.


If you’re looking to increase your fitness, health and wellbeing whilst making friends and having fun, this is for you! Fully accessible to people of all abilities, our aerobics sessions are designed to support you to keep fit and improve mobility in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Arts and Crafts

From painting and drawing, to papier-máché and sculpture; whether you’re an experienced artist or want to learn something new, our arts and crafts sessions provide you with the space, support, and tools to create your own masterpiece.


Run by Tenzone Targets, our weekly Archery sessions are fully accessible to anyone with a keen interest in this rapidly growing precision sport. The group regularly participate in national Para-Archery competitions and for the last 2 years have been proud gold medallists in the Deer Park Archers Para-Archery competition.


An exciting and unique way to have fun, make new friends, and maintain mobility! Our lively, accessible dance sessions are perfect for you to show off your dance moves or learn new ones.


Our drama group aims to increase your confidence, learn new skills, and express yourself in new and different ways. Putting on a public performance at least twice a year, Choices drama group has become popular with friends, family, and local theatre-goers alike, where each performance is devised by participants around a well-known story.
