Activites for health and wellbeing

Would you like to gain new skills, increase your confidence, and make new friends?

Our activities are presented under the name ‘Choices’, as they offer exactly that, choice. It is about each person identifying their own personal goals, choosing the things they enjoy, and having control over what they do.

What’s on offer?

Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, take up an accessible sport or increase your confidence and try something new, our range of activities and day services for disabled people truly have something for everyone!
