Permanent | Full time | Enham Alamein | £27,000 per year 

As our Support Manager you will:

  • Manage the rota and ensure appropriate deployment of staff to maximise service delivery around the service users supported needs, including monitoring leave cover and usage, minimising use of external agencies.
  • Consult and liaise with stakeholder groups including relatives, friends, and other professionals.
  • Liaise with corporate teams to ensure that best practice and information flow is efficient and effective.
  • Maintain and develop service users care and support plans and risk assessments in order to enhance service users’ independence and maintain contractual requirements.

What we are looking for from you!

  • Knowledge of person-centred planning and approaches
  • Experience of managing regulated services that are compliant with standards and best practice.
  • Experience in line management, coaching, advising and motivation others to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of health and social care procedures.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
