The role

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations (IAG) the Service Development Lead will take ownership of the development of high-quality self-service guides and  tool-kits for Direct Payment (DP) and Personal Health Budget (PHB) recipients.  The role will also be responsible for increasing the number of PA’s registered on PA registers across our service areas, through promoting the role of the PA, challenging perceptions of a career in care. You will be part of a wider Information, Advice and Guidance Team covering Hampshire, Plymouth, Somerset and Swindon which supports direct payment and personal health budget recipients.

In a nutshell you will have experience of creating accessible resources (documents, video, toolkits etc) and how to actively promote and engage via social media platforms. Ideally you will have experience of working with individuals with complex health needs in the community and an ability to build an excellent rapport with all key stakeholders to ensure the needs of our customers are met.
