The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide, smooth, professional, and effective support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Trustees. This role will work closely with the SLT to ensure that they achieve their operational and strategic objectives for the Trust.

You will help the SLT to make best use of their time and provide secretarial support by dealing with administrative and project tasks. You will need to quickly an understanding of Enham Trust’s aims and objectives and build relationships with key personnel both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone that will make quality second nature, that can own their own work and be proactive. If this sounds like you, then we would be excited to hear from you!

As our Personal Assistant, you will:  

  • Organise and maintain diaries and appointments of Directors to ensure smooth running of their office.
  • Organise internal and external meetings; booking rooms / venues, arranging transport and organising facilities as required.
  • Support the SLT on a one to one basis undertaking administrative and project tasks and where appropriate make decisions in the interest of SLT members.
  • Assist in the preparation and circulation of agendas and action lists from meetings.
  • Work with the Company Secretary to support governance for the Trustee Board.

The minimum criteria

You will need to have previous working as a Personal Assistant and providing quality support to senior management.
