The Tenant Scrutiny Panel provides the means for tenants to get involved in shaping and influencing how their homes are managed. It also provides the opportunity for Enham Trust to work in Partnership with its tenants to self-regulate service delivery. Coopers Chase We provide 3 types of accessible housing Expand Coopers Chase Coopers Chase is a unique Transitional Service as it provides the perfect balance of gaining independence whilst being supported. Located in the village of Enham Alamein, Coopers Chase offers 10 individual flats, to support you to live more independently and develop essential living skills to transition onto independent living accommodation. Built in 2011, Coopers Chase consists of a modern bedsit (living and sleeping area combined), a kitchenette and en-suite wet room. You can also enjoy a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities and beautiful shared gardens. Support staff are available 24 hours a day, where personalised support is tailored to support you. You can also get support with shopping, meal planning, cooking, employment, housing-related advice, budgeting or money management.
Weston Court We offer 3 types of accessible housing Expand Weston Court Weston Court is a development of 8 wheelchair accessible, one-bed bungalows, built at the main site at Enham Trust. The bungalows were designed in consultation with disabled people, to ensure that all aspects of the properties were accessible. These include walk-in showers and rise and fall kitchen work surfaces, designed by Mount Industries, one of our Social Enterprises. Weston Court is also designed with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), which offers reduced energy costs for tenants. Weston Court is a great option for you if you want independence with your own front door, but still require some level of care and support.
Bradbury Place We offer 3 types of accessible housing Expand Bradbury Place Built in the heart of Andover, Bradbury Place is an accessible housing development following feedback from people with disabilities wanting to live in a town centre. This development is made up of eight wheelchair accessible 1 & 2 bedrooms, designed by Winchester Architects, Design Engine. Bradbury Place has a flying freehold over the central footpath, and has been designed to be fully accessible linking the wider community together. Find out more about Bradbury Place in our history.
