News & blogs Your feedback matters Customers are at the heart of the decisions we make at Enham and Aster. Our shared Customer Voice approach is all about listening to your experiences, understanding what matters most to you, and using your feedback to improve our services now and in the future. There are lots of ways to get involved, whether you want to share quick feedback after using a service or play a more active role in shaping how we work. Customers can take part in surveys, focus groups, co‑design sessions, and digital consultations, or join one of our formal customer groups such as the Designated Complaints Panel, Customer Voice Committee or Customer Scrutiny Panel. All of these help make sure customer insight genuinely shapes our priorities and decisions. Find out more We currently have opportunities for our Enham customers to volunteer and join Aster Group's formal customer groups. This is a great opportunity to give voice to our customers and influence our services. You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience, and we will provide support and training wherever this is needed so that you feel confident to participate. Our customer groups Through newsletters, the Customer Voice webpage, and annual reporting, we share what customers have told us and the changes we’re making as a result so you can see the difference your voice makes.
