Are you an experienced fundraiser with a track record of attracting and growing high-value corporate partnerships? Then this could be the role for you!  Enham Trust is a leading disability charity supporting 6000 disabled people each year to live, work and enjoy life. 

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our fundraising team.  This is an exciting new opportunity for someone to shape and develop our corporate partnership offer and to lead in identifying and developing relationships with major donors.

As our Corporate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing relationships with existing corporate contacts to gain long-term support ensuring an effective account management method is employed.
  • Maximise existing Enham Trust connections and partnerships to ‘convert’ to become donors/supporters.
  • Attract new donors/supporters and build a pipeline of new prospects.
  • Gain financial support in a range of ways including employee engagement activities, commercial participation, sponsorship, charity of the year status, corporate events and encouraging companies to organise their own activities.
  • Lead/manage corporate volunteering days working alongside operational Enham Trust colleagues.
  • Motivate, recognise, and reward supporters ensuring their long-term support to the Charity.
  • Work with other members of the Fundraising Team to maximise relationships with potential major donors.

What we are looking for from you!

  • Knowledge of the UK fundraising environment with specific knowledge around the Fundraising Regulator, ICO and GDPR.
  • Demonstratable experience of generating 6 figure income annually from corporate partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage donors, make a case for support and build strong rapports with ease.
  • Experience managing multiple proposals/accounts.
