Chief Executive - Heath Gunn Meet our Chief Executive Heath Gunn Expand Heath lives along the South Coast of Hampshire and joined Enham Trust in June 2015. Before joining Enham Trust, Heath had a varied career including serving in the Royal Navy as a helicopter engineer. Heath spent 10 years with the NHS, where he was involved in developing and delivering a range of clinical and non-clinical Mental Health, Learning Disability and Social Care services. He also brings a diverse range of commercial and senior operational experience from the motor and construction industries, which together with his time in Health and Social Care gives Heath over 20 years of operational management and leadership knowledge and experience to draw from. Heath has a MSc in Leadership and Management in Health from Kingston University, and together with the Staff teams, Senior Leadership Team and our Board of Trustees, he is working to ensure that Enham Trust delivers the best experience and outcomes possible for the people we support and the staff he works alongside.
Director of Finance - Susan Kent Meet our Director of Finance Susan Kent Expand Susan joins Enham Trust with a wealth of expertise as a Finance Director in the charitable sector, and was brought on board due to her extensive background in building developments, and Enham Trust’s own area of strategy and endeavour, social housing. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and an Oxford University graduate, Susan began her 30-year career training as an audit manager with international accountancy firm, BDO Binder Hamlyn. In her most recent role as Director of Finance for St Christopher’s Fellowship, a registered charity for children and young people, Susan had overall responsibility for all aspects of the Group’s financial strategy including budgeting, management accounting, reporting and processing. With experience of regulatory matters, Susan was both a board member and Chair of the audit committee for the Wessex Housing Partnership that brought together Kingfisher and Hampshire Voluntary Services, a registered landlord specialising in rural housing provision and care.
Director of People - Amy Bearman Meet our Director of People Amy Bearman Expand A Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Amy joined Enham Trust in October 2013 and oversees People, Quality and Volunteering. Amy’s diverse HR career to date has been in the Private, Public and now the Charity sector, including roles as a freelance lecturer delivering the CIPD Learning and Development course, a lecturer for Eastleigh College delivering CIPD HR and Learning and Development courses; Learning and Development, Recruitment, and HR roles.
Commercial Director - Simon Williams Meet our Commercial Director Simon Williams Expand Simon joined Enham Trust in 2017 after a 25 year career in leadership roles across the private, public and 3rdsector. In previous roles, Simon was a Divisional Director of a FTSE 250 property company, offering managed accommodation to students and key workers; Executive Board Director of a furniture manufacturer and retailing group; and held senior commercially focused roles in various universities. A Chartered Director, Fellow of the Institute of Directors and an Associate Member of the CIPD, Simon has also run his own leadership consultancy business and is currently involved in the IoD’s Diploma programme developing the leaders of tomorrow. Outside of Enham Trust, Simon is a Trustee of Wiltshire Sight, an independent charity supporting people living with sight loss in Wiltshire and Swindon.
Director of Operations - Sara Bradbury Meet our Associate Director of Employment Services, Sara Bradbury Expand Sara joined Enham Trust in 2017 but has worked with the charity since 2015 through a delivery partnership, working on a Department for Work and Pensions specialist employability contract. Sara brings over 18 years’ experience of working in further education and welfare to work sectors, in both private and charitable organisations. Throughout her career, Sara has managed large Education and Skills Funding Agency and Department for Work and Pensions contracts. Sara is highly experienced in managing organisations through Ofsted inspections, DWP PAT Inspections and external quality standards such as Merlin and Matrix, in addition to large value funding audits. Outside of Enham Trust, Sara is Chair of Governors for a Wiltshire primary school.
Director of Care - Chris Dixon Meet Our Director of Care, Chris Dixon Expand Chris joined the Leadership Team in April 2020 as the Director of Care. Chris has worked within the third sector for the duration of his 23 year career, focused on supporting people to live the lives they want. From youth work, to children’s centres and then on to learning disabilities where he spent 6 years as CEO at Andover and District Mencap. An organisation that delivers a range of similar care and housing-based services as Enham Trust. Having worked his way through the ranks, Chris understands the challenges faced at all levels of an organisation and is keen to mentor and coach people to go on the same journey as he has and achieve their individual career aspirations. In 2010 Chris achieved the National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership and as such is adept at working in partnership with people and organisations to develop the best possible service offer to those that we support. Chris is excited to join Team Enham and to support the Care department and the organisation in its next steps of development. In his spare time Chris is a keen runner and is also a Trustee at the Andover based charity Yellow Brick Road.
