Simon doesn’t let anything hold him back and describes his disability as “fandabidozi!”

Simon joined the Enham Trust community in 1992 and lives in one of our Residential Care Homes. Before arriving at Enham Trust, Simon felt very restricted and lacked a fulfilling social life.

Simon says living at Enham Trust has helped him a lot. With YOUR support, he’s become more independent and grown a fantastic social network through being part of the Enham Trust Archery Club, attending wellbeing sessions and being a presenter on Radio Enham.

Simon would like people to understand that:

"Disabled people are superheroes. Even though there are barriers, with the right adaptations we can achieve anything".

Simon never thought he could be as independent as he is, and thoroughly enjoys writing his own radio shows to express himself in his own way.  You can listen to Simon’s shows on Radio Enham.

Simon wishes all our amazing supporters a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
