Introduction
21 year old male and very active loves swimming, cinema, running and anything physical. Support workers for the holidays and term times required.

The employer requires support to access the community and support within the home. This role is a lone working position and an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) is required for all staff undertaking the role. It is a permanent position, subject to continued funding and the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.

Hours: Various hours to cover holidays

Rate: £12 per hour

Main Duties:
• Plan new local activities
• Be energetic and motivated to encourage employer to explore options within
his community and develop interests. Current interests are as below
• Cinema
• Gym sessions
• Swimming
• Trampolining
• Eating out

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in similar role
• Knowledge of how to support individuals with autism
• Knowledge of Swindon and surrounding area
• Reliable is very important with excellent timekeeping skills
• Motivated and encouraging attitude
• Enhanced DBS Check
• Legally Able To Work in UK
