Hours: 

3 hours a week term time

5 hours in school holidays

I would need one to one support and you will help to keep me safe. I really love animals. I enjoy being outdoor. I struggle with communication, so I would need you to learn how I communicate and read my body language. It will take time to build a relationship with me, so I need you to be patient, reliable and consistent.  I have a great personality and a good sense of humour. I also like swimming and fishing. My interests sometimes change, and I’m looking to gain confidence, resilience and try new activities.

Duties: 

Your role would be to support me to go horse riding and access the community. There will be a fixed time for this, but this day has not been agreed yet. The horse riding is term time only. Swimming and pond dipping would be activities, going to farms or maybe flip out. My

Term time hours would be after school. Holiday hours can be flexible but mostly weekdays.     

Essential Requirements: 

Good attitude

You must have a driving license and car

Expenses will be paid

Desired Requirements: 

Must have experience of working with autism
