Salary: £24,360 gross per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

About the role

As a tutor you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 16-24 year old learners on our study programme delivering English, Maths and employability sessions up to level 2 in a fun and friendly environment.

You will work with the team to provide a supportive environment which enables young people to feel safe and secure allowing them to develop and flourish on their journey into further education or employment.

About you

You will be comfortable in working with 16-24 year olds who may have had a difficult start in life. Your personality is key, we are looking for individuals who are able to truly engage with the young people.

Ideally you’ll have experience in teaching and learning in a similar environment, however don’t worry if you don’t have direct experience, as we are focused on the will and desire to learn, so we’d still love to hear from you as we can offer you free training
