Hours: Weekends 42 weeks and all term time holidays Monday -Friday.
Friday Evening 8pm - 9pm.
Saturday 10am- 5pm and then 1 hour from 8pm -9pm
Sunday 11 am - 5pm and then 1 hour from 8 pm - 9pm

School Holidays 1 hour Dom care am & pm 7 days plus 3 days additional support 11am-5pm. Supporting at hydro and enabling to access the community/ support in home.
Maybe required to Transport and Pickup from College. Monday's 9am - 11am and Friday's 2.30pm - 5pm. Must be flexible, taking into consideration travelling conditions.

I’m a 23 year old woman from the Beacon Park area of Plymouth, looking for several personal assistants to help with my day to day routine. This will include personal care.

I am a wheelchair user who enjoys trips into town for meals out and shopping, going to the library and spending time at home. I really enjoy swimming and will need assistance with attending hydro

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support with personal care such as getting up showering, drying, getting dressed, and going to the bathroom
• Befriending
• Enabling- trips into town, the library, meals out, hydropool
• Meal prep
• Possible support with family holidays
• Any other reasonable task to allow me to live an independent life.

Essential requirements:
• Enhanced DBS required. Cost met by employer
• Legally entitled to work in the U.K

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in health & social care
• Driver with use to my Automatic vehicle for my personal use.
