Personal Care Assistant for a man aged 28 in Swindon

Location: Swindon SN25
Pay: £12.80 per hour

10.5 hrs per week
Mon to Fri 7.5 hours, Sat & Sun 3 hours

I am a 28-year-old man with Autism, OCD & Tourettes. I enjoy computer gaming I love Mario and Pokemon, Music playing the guitar. I have a Cat. I love animals. I don’t like to go out on my own but would love to go to comic conventions and IT museum. You will be helping me around the house and with some personal care. You’ll also help me get around my local community.

Main Duties:
7 days a week
– Motivate & Remind me to get washed and dressed for the day to clean my teeth Take medication.
Every afternoon 1.5hrs per day – Drive me in to town to various places; help with shopping, get gas and electric/Utilities etc. to visit friends and family. Help me around the home with chores and help with paperwork& ordering medication & organising appointments.

Desired experience:
To have an understanding of Autism, Anxiety, Depression, OCD. Would need to be motivated to help me move out of my comfort zone.
