Personal Care Assistant

I am a young active individual who is looking for support to help me within my home and in the community.
Being part of a small but dedicated team you would support the many activities I enjoy including sports, socialising, and shopping.
Although routine is especially important the role is varied and diverse. As a good planner you would help me organise my days and provide support in those life skills which will help me become as independent as possible: cooking, managing budgets and weekly planning.
Whilst an understanding of my condition and the challenges I face is important, I am also looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and well organised. With a good sense of humour, you will also understand that a patient and calm approach is important both when working one to one and as part of the team.
