Introduction
I am 15yr and I have Aspergers, and a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Since 2019 my mobility has been affected which now means I have to use a wheelchair when I am not in my home. My EDs has restricted me from attending school, and I now have very little contact with people of my own age, only. I used to be very active, I loved swimming, horse riding, going to cinema, bowling and going for walks along the beach., going on holidays, but I feel like my life has changed so much. l really want to try and be as independent as possible and have time out from my parents with someone that could support me with my social interaction skills, which is affected due to my Aspergers and to help me meet other young people, and go with me to places of interest. I love football/ sports and an avid LFC fan but I am now unable to do the things I loved. I now like to do baking and arts and crafts, on my good days

Main Duties
I would like a PA that could spend 4hrs a week with me, ideally flexible hours over a
weekend, to give my parents a break, but give me chance to mix with others, and visit places of interest to me, or just spend time at home with me baking or doing arts and crafts, and once was PA gets to know me I hope we can find good things together. I may need some support to go to the bathroom if I am not at home.

Essential requirements
As I am a wheelchair user my PA would need to be able to drive to help get out and about without my parents, who I spend the majority of time, I want someone to just support me to be a teenager..

Desired experience
Ideally someone who understands Aspergers, EDS or has maybe has worked with
teenagers with these disabilities or has life experience through supporting their
relatives. I would like a younger PA that i could relate to, or someone young at heart with
a GSOH.
