The role involves providing support including personal care for a young gentleman with physical disabilities. This is a lone working position and an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) is required for all staff undertaking the role. IntroductionI am a 34-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy, I am Diplegic. I don’t let this bring me down, I still live life to the full! I love music especially drum & bass and urban music. I have my own decks and find mixing daily helps me relax. I enjoy going to the cinema and concerts and would love some company at times during working hours. Hours - 2 hours each morning (More hours will be available) Hourly rate: £13 per hour Your Main duties will be to:Assist with morning personal careMake breakfastGeneral housework where needed. Have a clean, current driving license Have experience working with disabled adults Must be able to cook (more than beans on toast.)
