Introduction
Male, quadruple amputee, full time wheelchair user, although has prosthetic arms and legs which are used where possible. Lives at home with wife and 2 daughters.
To assist with a variety of tasks around the home and outside, who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.

Duties
Social duties, such as, taking to medical appointments.

Personal care, such as, support with showering, shaving, teeth cleaning, dressing, administering medication, eating, assisting with physiotherapy exercises and using prosthetics.

Domestic duties, such as, support with grocery shopping, cooking and serving nutritious meals and snacks, cleaning, changing linen, laundry, ironing and gardening.

Hours: 16 hours  - Days preferred are Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 9.30am - 2.30 and Thursday 9.30 – 10.30 a minimum of 16 hours, although the odd extra day may be required with notice.

Rate: £11 per hour
