I am a young Lady living with my 3 children, I enjoy socialising and am very down to earth. I suffer with Arthritis and vasculitis, so I have good and bad days but still enjoy doing everyday activities as much as I am able. I would like to build a friendship with my PA’s and have a good working environment. When able I like to be involved as much as I can, but I appreciate this is not the case every day. I’m a mum so when I can I like to go to the park with my children but need help in doing so.

Hours: 10 hours per week – job share 5 hours per PA

Rate:£10.20 per hour

• Assisting with meal preparation
• Chaperoning the employer to and from medical appointments
• Shopping trips with the employer
• Laundry and domestic
• Prompting medication at certain times of the day
• Assisting Unpacking – helping put away shopping
• Assisting with Changing bedding
• Injections for biological therapy – no training needed employer can show you how this is done
• Occasional pick ups and drop offs for employer’s children
• Little to no personal care

• Someone who is compassionate and caring
• Someone who is patient and kind
• Someone who is willing to learn
• Someone who has a sense of humour as the employer is very down to earth
• Someone to encourage the client
• Someone who will have a hands-on approach
• Someone with an open mind to the client’s illness

Knowledge of arthritis and immune compromised would be an advantage but not essential

Full Driving Licence

Use of Own Car: Yes- due to the nature of client’s illness and needing transport for hospital visits/ shopping and help with school pickups – drop offs
