KP/LK | Permanent | Lindford GU35 | Rate: £9.76 p/h | Closing 5th June IntroductionI am a 59 female with a blood & lung condition, I also have a compromised immune system for which I have hospital treatment for this every 3 weeks for approximately 8 hrs that I need taking too /collecting from and help to look after my small dog while I am there. I use Oxygen & walker to mobilise and have both a wheelchair and/or mobility scooter for longer outings depending on current health. I still try to be as active as possible and I enjoy being able to visit friends and family, I also enjoy gardening. Duties • Driving me to Medical appointments (• Driving me to social appointments/events • Supporting with household tasks including shopping/light cleaning/ changing bed & taking out rubbish etc (I can manage some cleaning for myself when not to poorly) • Help with packing overnight bags for hospital stay. • Helping sort medications/storage.• Moving items around house ( have 3 floors within my home and depending on my health I sometimes find in hard to go up/downstairs) • Escort on walks/trips out*currently not a lot of personal care needed however maybe needed in future depending on health.
