Job Description:

Part time Role involving providing care and doing various activities with 32 year old lady who has a Neurological condition, Fibromyalgia,ME and Autism.
Amy is a wheelchair user who also has an Assistance dog (Canine Partner) and a pet dog.
Hours are 46 Hours every 4 weeks at £10.50 per hour and holiday is paid on a pro rata basis. The hours are made up of 6 Hrs (10-4) on a Saturday and 5 Hrs (9.30 -5) on a Sunday. The Role is shared with another PA so team work and willingness to learn are essential skills as well as a desirable skill of having an understanding of Autism.

Must be a confident driver and have a full driving licence, also flexibility with hours and overtime may be required.

A DBS will be undertaken and references will be requested from previous employer or voluntary roles.
