Job Ref: EG/PPH | Permanent | Ringwood BH24 | Pay: £9-10 p/h | Closing Date: 30th Sept. 2021

I live in the house I was brought up in. Routine is very important to me and I also like to take time to do various daily tasks, such as preparing my things for a day at the community link. I love animals, the cinema, walking in the forest or on the beach out of season, swimming, making things, painting, doing jigsaw puzzles and baking. I also like to visit cafes for tea and cake, museums, art galleries and churches. You will help me with all these things. Plus you will help me with bathing and keeping my home clean and well stocked with groceries. Also, I need support to attend medical and dental appointments.

£9.00 - £10.00 per hour, £60.00 per sleep-in

An average of 15 waking hours a week, sometimes a few hours more. In addition, an average of 2 sleep-ins a week. The applicant must be flexible and be able to provide cover for holidays.

7.00-9.30.00am weekdays — serve breakfast, help with making bed, medication and exercises for knees and general body strength. Make packed lunch and prepare me for a day at the community link before transport arrives at 9.30am to take me there. You will be at the house when I arrive home in the afternoon at 16.30 and will prepare a light supper. By 19.00 you will run a bath and help me with my evening routine. At weekends you will go shopping with me and prepare meals. We will go to the cinema, for walks, swimming or various other places. I like to visit Salisbury Cathedral, for example, or go to see the animals at Hockey’s Farm. You will also help me to keep my home clean and tidy and support me to do my laundry.
