PA/Support Worker for 35 year old disabled gentleman

Location: Plymouth PL1

Pay: £10.00 per hour and £60.00 per Sleep-over.

Hours: One or two 24 hour shifts of 15 hours and 1 sleepover required per week.

I am a disabled man with cerebral palsy. I live independently in my adapted home with 24/7 support. I use a powered wheelchair. I am interested in music, music technology, film, sport and gaming. You will be helping me with all aspects of my independent living including house work, personal care, getting around in the community, visiting friends and family etc.

Main Duties
I am looking for persons to join my team of assistants to work one or two 24 hour shifts a week. A shift comprises of 15 hours & 1 sleep-over and runs from 6;00 pm through to 6;00 pm the following evening.
I require assistance with all aspects of personal care, general household duties and escorting/driving me to appointments.

Essential requirements
Must have full clean driving licence and be able to provide references.
