We want you to live in a place that you would recommend to others as a place to live. We do this by making sure that our neighborhoods are kept in good order and maintained to a high standard and that we tackle any neighbour issues quickly, especially anti-social behaviour.
We also let our homes fairly, make sure that moving in is as easy as possible, and help you to move if and when you want to.
We are passionate about our service and the role we play in making sure that our neighbourhoods are well run and remain a pleasant, friendly place in which our customers want to live.
We aim to provide great neighbourhood management services, delivered to make sure that tenancies last and we have places where are customers are proud to live. We carry out regular neighbourhood walks with existing tenants, which not only improves the neighbourhood but also encourages community cohesion!
Providing a good housing choice is important as the needs and aspirations of our customers change so we actively support and encourage ‘transitions’ throughout our homes to make sure they are living in the most suitable properties to enable them to live independent lives.

The tenant panel provides the means for tenants to get involved in shaping and influencing how their homes are managed. It also provides the opportunity for Enham Trust to work in Partnership with its Tenants to self-regulate service delivery.
HomeSwapper is a national service for social tenants (in rented property) who want a house swap, flat swap or exchange their council house. As an Enham Trust tenant you can use this service.
Rental income is spent mainly on the upkeep of the properties, through day to day repairs, cyclical maintenance, major repair schemes and housing management.
