George worked with staff to update his CV and requalify

SES: Meet George

George recieved Life-changing support that helped him get back in to employment

George came to Enham having been a seasoned Site Construction manager with more than over 35 years of experience within the building industry.

Due to having Diabetes Ostiomilitus, George had some digits removed from his left foot and could no longer continue in the same trade.

George felt one of his biggest barriers to going into work was that a lot of his qualifications had lapsed, meaning he was not allowed to work in building sites until they were updated.

Staff at Enham ensured George was booked on to the necessary courses as soon as possible, and by March, George had completed and passed his CSCS Managers card, his SMSTS training and a First Aid Course.

George then worked with staff to update his CV, and contact agencies and employers - it was not long before George had an offer of permanent work with Kamac Ltd as a SiteManager. George said:

I am grateful for the help Enham havegiven me with updating my CV and qualifications.
