World Doodle Day raises £150 for Enham Trust
World Doodle Day 2017 was a great success!
Organised by Creative Conundrums on 20th October, and sponsored by an array of local businesses, World Doodle Day raised £150 for local Hampshire-based disability charity Enham Trust.
Held on Enham Trust’s main site in Enham Alamein, near Andover, World Doodle Day gave participants the space for creative collaboration and embracing difference; offering businesses and individuals around Andover the opportunity to network in a creative and unique environment.
Each year, World Doodle Day supports a new local charity; this year, choosing Enham Trust as the beneficiary of all proceeds.
Hannah Leicester, Head of Income Generation for Enham Trust, said of the event:
“We’re really grateful to everyone who made World Doodle Day possible, and for the generous donation of £150; this is a wonderful gift which will help us to ensure we can support as many disabled people as possible to live independently.”
All funds raised by this event go towards Enham Trust’s ongoing work; supporting thousands of disabled people across the country each year in the cornerstone areas of their lives by providing housing, care, and various employment & skills opportunities to ensure each customer gains independence, choice, and control over every aspect of their lives.
