The Fast Row West has begun!
At 00:00 (GMT) on 1st July, Hamish, Angus, Jamie and Alex set off past the reefs of Western Australia in the 'Tiny Dancer' to begin their nautical adventure which will take them across the Indian Ocean to the island of Mauritius.
The World Record for the Indian Ocean Row is 57 days and 14 hours. The boys will face colossal waves, searing heat, physical and emotional exhaustion and more as they attempt to be the fastest and youngest team to complete the challenge. In history, only 17 teams have completed the row. We're honoured to be their chosen charity!
