The Role

We are looking for a Multi Tradesperson to join our busy maintenance team! Your role will be to ensure that efficient and effective maintenance is delivered on both the Enham Trust site and our clients.

You will be responsible for the day to day upkeep and security of all the Enham properties and buildings. This role will be heavily involved in a range of projects from the refurbishment of our sports hall to the installation of aids and adaptations within our properties.

You will have frequent interaction with our clients, so you will need to be empathetic to their needs and maintain a friendly demeanour. 

As our Multi Tradesperson, you will:

  • Ensure that there is a high-quality repair service, for all residents, tenants and Enham.
  • Support the H&S and Maintenance Manager with all types of maintenance on buildings.
  • Carry out multi-task building projects which include carpentry and decoration.
  • Carry out plumbing and all types of building works in and around the Enham estate
  • Deliver regular programmes of cyclical works ensuring the ongoing maintenance of Enham Trusts properties that maintain good condition and minimise future repair requirements.

Key Results Areas

  • All activities are completed to the required standard with full adherence to Health and Safety.
  • Provision of excellent customer service and improve level of customer satisfaction.
  • All risk assessments are completed on time and to the required format with relevant actions completed.

What we are looking for from you! 

  • A hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making with sound judgement
  • Resourcefulness and problem solving with the ability to research information to answer a wide range of queries.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role with experience in a range of trades.
