We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Content and Design Assistant to join our brilliant marketing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the aims and objective of Enham’s marketing campaigns. As well as helping to manage our social media channels, increase community engagements and improve brand awareness.

We have a small marketing team, so this will be a very hands-on role and you will have exposure to a wide range of tasks from designing leaflets for recruitment to creating a suite of design assets to promote our centenary!

You will be involved in a wide range of projects across the business. This is a role where your ideas will truly be heard, and you will be able to make a massive difference to the business!

As our Marketing Content and Design Assistant, you will:

  • Design assets for social media channels and website
  • Assist in the design and creation of printed assets, including, leaflets, newsletters, brochures, display banners and many more!
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, script, film edit and design video content for use across the Trust’s websites, social media channels, virtual events and advertising campaigns ensuring that it is accessible to all our audiences.
  • Develop collateral including design and copywriting liaising with external design agencies and printers as required.

What we are looking for from you!

 While previous experience in a marketing role is not essential, to be successful candidates must have a passion for creating content and have an awareness of how to build a presence on variety of social media channels.  The below requirements do not have to be gained at work:

  • Strong communication skills which will enable you to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing content using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience of filming and editing including use of Adobe Premiere Pro software or similar.
