The Role

We are looking for a talented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our fantastic People team. As the L&D Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the team that will help to ensure the training demands are met and deliver a person focused service to internal customers.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all Enham Trust training, including the design, delivery, planning, evaluation and recording for across the organisation. 

In this role, you will build strong relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders and will be the main point of contact for any and all training requirements.

As the L&D Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the Head of People to design and execute annual learning and development plans
  • Coordinate all induction training for new starters, as well as refresher training for current staff.
  • Take a proactive approach to working with departments to identify training requirements
  • Manage the NVQs and apprenticeships, proving support to ensure learners succeed.
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain accurate training and data records, ensuring employees are 100% compliant
  • Compile monthly L&D KPI’s, ensuring that required data is captured and accurate.

What we are looking for from you!

  • Demonstratable interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting requests.
  • Previous experience working in a similar learning and development role.
  • Knowledge of designing and delivering training utilising a variety of delivery methods
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • CIPD Qualified or similar.
