Remuneration and Benefits
Full time entitlement is 33 days per annum including statutory bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown where a maximum of 7 days may be used from your annual holiday entitlement. Holiday year runs from April – March. Holiday entitlement increases in accordance with length of service.

Learning and Development (IiP accredited)
Managed by a focussed training team, where both internal and external training is arranged according to the needs of both the individual and organisation, L&D is very important to Enham Trust.
This is an Employee Centred Review and Plan carried out every 6 months to ensure that you are happy in your role, review your performance at Enham and to identify any development needs.
We provide a defined contributory scheme for those who are eligible. You will be invited to this after 3 months service. Enham will match contributions on a 1:1 basis with a maximum employer contribution of 6%.
