Our terms and conditions for using the online job application system explain how we use your personal data.
How we use your information
To apply for vacancies, you will be asked to supply some personal information. The information you give us will be held in a secure database and will not be shared with other organisations, except where another organisation is party to the recruitment process (for example, when being employed by a direct payments client).
The information you provide as part of the recruitment process will be held by the Enham Trust, and used for administering your application. This information will be retained for two years.
During this time if your initial application is not successful we may use your contact details to contact you about other suitable opportunities.
If you are appointed to a position, this information will then form the basis of your employee record. Enham Trust uses this for various purposes associated with your employment, which you will be fully informed of prior to your appointment.
