Role Overview

The role of the Community, Corporate and Events Fundraiser is to support the Income Generation Team to deliver a programme of events, develop existing relationships and develop new relationships with our supporters and corporate partners.

The Community, Corporate and Events Fundraiser will contribute to the Income Generation Team’s financial target.

This role will require travel across the region.

What you will be doing

Operational

  • Actively network within the local Hampshire community and at our remote delivery sites to build support and awareness for the charity.

  • Deliver talks to community groups and tours within Enham Trust to demonstrate our work to potential supporters.

  • Organise Corporate Volunteering Days within the charity, organising the activity to take place including risk assessing activities, liaising with the corporate volunteers and internal staff teams and acting as host on the day.

  • Play an active role in Enham Trust’s centenary campaign.

  • Deliver the Fundraising plan to build a network of corporate and community support, encouraging companies and groups to organise their own activities in aid of Enham Trust and creating initiatives to generate income.

  • Implement and manage an inspiring events calendar. Including new and imaginative events, challenges and our own mass participation events - ensuring the events deliver a Return on Investment.

  • Work with the Marketing Team to ensure Income Generation activity is optimised, increasing participation at events, publicising success and building relationships with existing and new supporters.

  • Work with Marketing to create a fundraising pack (including tools and initiatives) that can be given to community groups to deliver ‘in aid of’ Enham Trust events.

  • Be actively involved in activities for the Trusts Centenary year.

  • Support the Income Generation Coordinator with any other fundraising tasks as required including writing trust and grant applications.

Quality

  • Work proactively to build excellent collaborative relationships with colleagues from across the organisation to support fundraising income streams.

  • To retain the integrity of the fundraising database by accurately recording all correspondence and interactions, ensuring it is up to date at all times.

  • To work within the confines and fully understand Data Protection regulations

  • To adhere to the Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Regulator

Finance

  • To work with colleagues in the Income Generation Team and agree the plans to achieve the annual Income Generation income target

  • To meet individual KPI’s and report on income and pipeline each month
