About the Role

Are you an experienced Operative looking for flexibility within your career? Do you want the opportunity to develop your career in a commercial environment? As an Operative you will be involved in carrying out various packaging duties against our contracts held with leading retail brands, contributing to Enham Trust’s Industries success, whilst complying with health & safety regulations and internal procedures.

About You

You will have the will; we can help you develop the skill.  

You may be an experienced Operative, or have no experience at all. Don’t worry if you don’t have direct experience, as we can offer you free training.

You will be someone who:

  • Is reliable and punctual
  • Can adapt to working in an ever-evolving environment
