Role Overview

Working as part of the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Finance and Support team, which supports our clients to manage their Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget as independently as possible. Supporting the teams to deliver IAG contract requirements, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), reporting requirements and achieving internal quality standards in the delivery of managed accounts, customer service and administration.  

The role requires the ability to travel across the region to support contract delivery.

What you will be doing

Operational

  • Deliver high quality customer service to all stakeholders, including; commissioners (Local Authorities LA and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), clients and remote IAG teams.
  • Manage administration aspects of managed accounts / 3rd party direct payments services for clients, in line with contract requirements, ensuring KPI’s and internal quality standards are achieved.
  • Ensure income received and payment requests for suppliers are authorised in the required manner and accurately entered onto relevant systems.
  • Provide information on the services we provide for any new enquiries and sign post as required.
  • Provide administration support to IAG central and remote teams, including logging referrals and allocating.
  • Provide recruitment support to clients and remote DP teams, including: placing adverts, receiving and collating applications, supporting with arranging interviews, as required.
  • Support with the production of monitoring reports for management and commissioners.
  • Responsibility for the administration of IAG systems, ensuring correct processes are followed.
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Quality

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Enham Trust and IAG policies and procedures.
  • Ensure contract and legislation requirements are met and KPI’s and internal quality standards are achieved.
  • Contribute to service improvement, working collaboratively with the team to achieve greater quality of services.

People Management

  • Support any volunteers in accordance with volunteer guidelines.
