The Role

We are looking for an organised HR Administrator to join our fantastic People team. As our HR Administrator, you will be a vital member of the team that will help to ensure the smooth running of the People function.

Your role will be to provide proactive support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, which would include Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Employee Experience. This role will give you experience in every aspect of the HR function and will make a big difference in ensuring that processes are efficient. 

In this role, you will build strong relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders and you will be the point of contact for a wide range of HR activities.

As our HR Administrator, you will:

  • Take responsibility for the employee onboarding process; conducting DBS and reference checks, issuing formal contracts and offer letters, right to work checks, health questionnaires.
  • Manage the volunteer lifecycle process.
  • Compile monthly HR KPI’s, ensuring that required data is captured and accurate.
  • Ensuring HR databases and spreadsheets are accurate and promptly updated to reflect updates and changes.
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, assisting with writing adverts, arranging interviews, and enhancing the experience for candidates.

  • Demonstratable interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with varying needs and requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting requests.
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
