The Role We are looking for a talented Finance Support Manager to line manage our dynamic, multidisciplined Information Advice Guidance (IAG) Support team, in the quest to provide support to all stakeholders. Your role will be to ensure contractual requirements, KPIs and internal quality standards are achieved to a high standard for all Managed Accounts and Customer Service functions. You will also be expected to support and potentially lead on IAG Wide projects and initiatives when required. As our Finance and Support Manager, you will: Be responsible for the line management of the Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) support team Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including: commissioners (Local Authority (LA) and Clinical Commissioning Groups CCG), clients, remote DP teams. Provide support or leadership as required on IAG wide projects and initiatives, which may include PHB or DP spot purchase work Ensure service delivery requirements such as, contractual requirements, quality standards and performance indicators are achieved to a high standard for all managed accounts and customer service functions Key Results Areas Ensure all local contract requirements are achieved, including KPI’s, Internal Quality Standards and industry best practice Service users’ satisfaction levels of 90% are achieved through customer survey results. Develop and maintain excellent reputation with all stakeholders Successfully manage a motivated team who deliver exceptional performance What we are looking for from you!
