I am a 26 year old woman with Autism, Learning difficulties, Epilepsy and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
I am sociable and inquisitive, I enjoy finding out about new people. I enjoy being active I like to get out and about. I love animals; I like to visit the zoo and aquarium. I like to keep busy at home making gifts, art and crafts. I also like going shopping and stopping in a café for a drink and a cake.

I find it difficult to communicate my needs to others but try to express both verbally and non-verbally.

I need assistance with all aspects of personal care whilst promoting independence as much as possible
I need assistance with eating and drinking
I need someone to prepare/support me to prepare and cook meals, then clear away
I need someone to collect and administer my medication.
I need someone to set up my computer and support to use it.
I need someone to push my wheelchair if and when necessary.

Days – 8.45am until 6pm (or 9pm)
(9hrs 15 mins) or (12hrs 15mins)

Waking Night – 8.45pm -9am (12hrs 15 mins)

Sleeping 11pm until 9am (10 hours)

Day Rate £10.50 per hour

Waking Night Rate £10.50 per hour

Sleep-in Rate £82.10 per night

General duties are:
Assisting with shopping and storing items.
Household duties such as washing up, laundry, ironing, hovering dusting, making and changing of beds
Support to look after animals at home, your duties would include cleaning out animals houses.
Looking after the maintenance of my home, garden and car, reporting of faults
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary

Essential Requirements:
Driving licence
(need to be over 25 for insurance)

Desirable requirements:
Reliable, honest and trustworthy

Patience and good communication skills

Able to plan, organise and multitask

Physically able to assist me with moving and handling (training will be given)

Be energetic and of a happy deposition.

Be able to work as a team and respect each other as individuals.

Respect my privacy and treat everything you see, hear and do as confidential.
