Job Overview:
The employer requires support within the home with personal care and daily living tasks. This role is a lone working position and an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) is required for all staff undertaking the role. It is a permanent position, subject to continued funding and the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.

Support required for a lovely older lady in the Liden area of Swindon.

Main Duties:
• Support with administration of medication.
• To assist employer with tasks within the home such as cleaning
• Provide daily support for the employer, which would include support to shower and support to transfer about the home
• Provide support out in the community with daily living tasks like shopping.
• Support to attend activities in the community like singing for the brain, walk to the shops, walk to go feed the ducks etc


Hours:
• 60 to 90 minutes sit in on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday or less days than this for longer visits to visit the shop or feed the ducks
• Potential a once per month visit to singing for the brain or another memory café type function
• Potential occasional overnight stays
• Potential trips to the hospital to support family

Please note that the employer requires a few PA’s to cover these hours and is also interested in any PA’s who would like relief/ bank work.
