Contract Type: Permanent, full or part time contracts and bank contracts

Location: Enham Alamein, Andover

Hours: Full time is 37.5 hours per week and bank hours are as required - Rota basis.

Hourly Rate: £8.37ph and £9.37ph weekend enhanced rate

About the role

In this role, you will support people to live independently in their own home by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, which may include; personal care, shopping, budgeting, cooking, managing household bills, and other tasks as required by the client.

In addition, you will support with other activities such as; getting to and from work or voluntary positions which they have chosen to be involved with. Trips to museums, bowling, swimming or day centres and clubs which they have also chosen to attend. You may also be asked to support to safely administer, record and re-order medication or book health visits.

Most importantly you need to ‘care’ and have a genuine interest in their well-being because in some instances you will be the only visitor that day.
