Introduction

I am a 38  year old lady with complex health conditions. I use a wheelchair sometimes and a walking stick.  I enjoy being active and getting out and about. I love days out and going to the cinema and spa days. You will be helping me around the house and with my personal care. You’ll also help me get around my local community . 

Duties

Monday to Friday

8am - 9am – Help me get washed and dressed for the day

9am – assist with  medications & insulin prepare breakfast

Lunch time : 12:00 flexible assist with preparing lunch / dinner

Evening care: 7pm – assist with shower personal care, medications settle down ready for bed.

Days out – to be discussed and flexibility with this / arrange together

Collecting medications from pharmacy  / errands

Cleaning duties – light duties  Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Bed changing days are Fridays

27 hours a week

Rate

To be discussed depending on experience

Essential Requirements

You must have a Driving License and a car

Be great around children with Special Needs/Autism

Desired Experience

A understanding of social care, patience & good communication skills, physically fit & healthy to be able to adequately assist me

A fun personality sense of humour and relaxed attitude, bubbly confident ect.
