The role As the Business Development Lead, you will be fundamental in helping MOVE Europe to achieve a step-change in our delivery. Reporting directly to the Director of MOVE Europe, you will take a leading role in the expansion of the MOVE Programme in new sectors across the UK and Europe, including mainstream education, early years and adult social care. You will identify and maximise on new business opportunities and will deliver significant growth by influencing a range of stakeholders and key decision makers. You will be responsible for managing a diverse workload and driving innovation across the organisation. You In a nutshell, you will be a highly driven, enterprising and self-motivated individual with the proven ability to generate high levels of income in new markets. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and engage a range of stakeholders. You will bring your determination to deliver life-changing outcomes for disabled young people and your experience of working in the education or healthcare sector to the role to deliver significant growth and impact.
