Leading disability charity, Enham Trust teamed up with the Enham Alamein Parish Council, to hold the first collaborative family friendly Fun Day in Enham Alamein on Sunday 10th June.

The Fun Day was made up of a variety of activities including a dog show with 10 categories, donkey rides, school performance and various stalls offering games and fun for families.

Kerrie Morley, Income Generation Coordinator at Enham Trust commented of the event;

“We all had a great time at the Fun Day and it was a huge success for the whole community. We are so pleased to announce that Enham Trust raised an amazing £1514.41 through raffles, a silent action, teddy stall and food & drink stations on the day. Thank you to everyone who supported us – every little bit helps!

“I would like to thank everyone who volunteered their time and helped organise the event, particularly Leslie Francis at the Parish Council, and we hope that you all enjoyed the first Enham Fun Day. Let’s hope this is the first of many!”

Enham Trust currently supports thousands of disabled people across the country each year in the key areas of their lives by providing housing, care, and various employment & skills opportunities to ensure each customer gains independence, choice, and control over every aspect of their lives.
