Susanne Hasselmann is an experienced board director. She has worked in the public, not-for-profit and commercial sector at both non-executive and executive level. She currently runs her own company providing support services for small organisations, including SMEs, charities and industry organisations.

Susanne has a particular interest in quality assurance and user engagement. As a non-executive director in the NHS she chaired local NHS quality assurance committees for 10 years and held the position of deputy chair and audit chair for a Hampshire CCG.

She has led a number of public, stakeholder and user engagement programmes and chaired industry and professional networks across the country including the NHS CCG Lay Member network for NHSCC. She is passionate about engaging with her local community. She is a parish councillor and has been involved in local fundraising and community support for many years.

Susanne’s background is in the commercial sector where she started in business development and moved on to a more strategic and marketing role before becoming a general manager and chief executive. She is keen to learn more about the charitable sector and add value to Enham Trust and the people connected to it.

Susanne has two children and loves walking, gardening and learning new things.
