Your tenancy

Enham Trust provides a range of rented housing options from social rent to market rent.

Social rent housing is housing that is let at a low rent and on a secure basis to people in housing need. It is generally provided by councils and not-for-profit organisations such as housing organisations and registered providers of affordable housing.

We provide rented homes in Enham Alamein to households where the income is below £40,000. Our objective is to help people onto the home ownership ladder by allowing them to save for their deposit. This support helps residents that do not have the savings/deposit to enable them to buy at that current time. The rents are normally 80% of the market standard rent. All properties are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
